We ship throughout Italy, Europe and the rest of the world with the following rates:
ITALY
Standard shipping in Italy - from 2 to 5 working days – €5
EUROPE
Standard European shipping - from 5 to 10 working days – €10
REST OF THE WORLD
Standard Shipping Rest of the world - 5 to 10 working days – €25
Some countries may be subject to customs duties. These costs are out of our control and will have to be paid by the customer in order to receive the package.
We do everything possible to process orders within the indicated times, but during promotional activities, approaching holidays and new product launches, processing times may reasonably be longer.
ORDER TRACKING
Each order is assigned a unique tracking code, generated by the transport company, visible in the shipping confirmation email.
To track your package please use the link sent by the transport company.
The tracking code generally becomes active 24 working hours after receiving the shipping confirmation email.
In the event of problems with delivery, you can contact the courier at the references indicated in the shipping confirmation email.
