Refund policy
INFYVE ensures the highest quality of the products sold in its online store.
However, if for any reason you wish to return your order or part of it, you can exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product, without having to provide any reason and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date.
Our return/exchange policy implies compliance with certain conditions:

In order to authorize the return, we kindly ask you to contact us within 14 days from the delivery date by sending an email to info@infyvebeauty.com specifying the order number, name and email from which the purchase was made. We also ask you to indicate the desired solution: exchange or refund.
